Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Surely all praise, blessing and dominion are Yours. You have no partner.

Sahih al-Bukhari 1549, Sahih Muslim 1184 (men say it aloud after entering ihram until stoning Jamrat al-'Aqabah; Umrah pilgrims until starting tawaf)

Sahih al-Bukhari 5089, Sahih Muslim 1207

Seeing the Ka'bah

Allahumma zid hadhal-bayta tashrifan wa ta'ziman wa takriman wa mahabah

Sunan al-Bayhaqi, Musnad ash-Shafi'i (weak chain — mursal; one may make any dua on seeing the Ka'bah)

Starting each round of tawaf at the Black Stone

Bismillahi wallahu akbar

In the name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. (Face or point to the Black Stone at the start of each of the seven rounds.)

Sahih al-Bukhari 1613 (the Prophet ﷺ said takbir); Bismillah added by Ibn Umar — Sunan al-Bayhaqi

Between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar

Approaching Safa (start of Sa'i)

Innas-Safa wal-Marwata min sha'a'irillah. Abda'u bima bada'allahu bih

Indeed Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. I begin with what Allah began with. (Said only once, at the start of the first round.)

Sahih Muslim 1218 (Al-Baqarah 2:158)

Takbir and tahlil on Safa and Marwah

Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar.

Allah is the Greatest (3 times). There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner; His is the dominion and the praise, and He has power over all things. There is no god but Allah alone; He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant and alone defeated the confederates. (Face the Ka'bah, say this three times and make dua in between.)

Allah is the Greatest (3 times). There is no god but Allah alone… We return, repenting, worshipping, prostrating, and praising our Lord. Allah fulfilled His promise, aided His servant and alone defeated the confederates. (Said on every high ground on the way back.)
